Gin Dinner with Pinkster 6th September
A gin dinner you say? Well, yes!
We are delighted to have Stephen Marsh founder of Pinkster and a Barley local, host a gin dinner with us!
Stephen set out to make a gin that paired well with food, after wine and beer no longer agreed with him. We couldn't think of anyone better to do a gin dinner with.
Brett & Stephen are working together to curate a bespoke tasting menu with paired gins (some neat, some with Fevertree mixers)
We're set for a GINtastic evening!

BBQ beef short-rib, Red cabbage & walnut slaw

Baked chocolate & pear pudding, ginger bread ice cream
Wine pairing: Cambridge Gage
Cambridge Blue cheese, Hazelnut & lemon thyme tartlet
Wine pairing: Bullace & quince
