Every Wednesday from 16th September until 25th November 2026, 5–8.30pm.
This week we're putting Picanha on the grill — a prized cut from the rump cap, loved in Brazilian steakhouses for its thick cap of fat that bastes the meat as it cooks, leaving it deeply flavoured and beautifully tender under a caramelised crust.
