From birthdays and anniversaries to work dinners and wedding receptions, we host gatherings of every size in our Grade II listed village pub in Barley.

Our spaces

The Restaurant: up to 40 seated
The Pub Dining Room: up to 21 seated or 40 standing
The whole pub, exclusively yours: up to 60 seated or 120 standing

Expect the same seasonal British cooking, over charcoal, that earned us a place in the Good Food Guide's Top 100 Pubs 2025.

Private hire works on a minimum spend that varies by day and date. We host wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and day-after lunches, but aren't licensed for ceremonies. Online booking takes parties of up to 9, so for 10 or more guests please enquire below.
