Nose-to-Tail Wine Dinner - Thursday 21st May

Join us at The Fox & Hounds for a special six-course nose-to-tail tasting menu and paired wines, celebrating thoughtful cooking and the full use of exceptional ingredients. Expect a carefully crafted menu featuring dishes such as brawn, hand-rolled tagliatelle with pancetta, and seasonal accompaniments that showcase bold, honest flavours.

The evening will be hosted by Caballo Loco of Valdivieso wines, walking your through each paired wine.

Arrival: 7:30pm
Dinner begins: 8:00pm
Price: £90 per person (includes a welcome drink)

Course 1:
Lardo & gnocchi fritti

Course 2:
Brawn, chicory & sauce gribiche

Course 3:
Hand rolled tagliatelle, pancetta & cheek ragu

Course 4:
Loin, wild garlic, celeriac & apple

Course 5:
Smoked ham hock, rhubarb & radish salad

Course 6:
Sanguinaccio dolce
